Thanks for your interest in volunteering at Hatch Conference! We’re looking for 19 people to join us this year. Whilst there is no seniority requirement, we’d like to prioritise people with design background (or studying design). Having previous event volunteering experience would be a bonus.

Once you submit the form, we’ll contact you with an answer and an agreement to sign, and you’ll be set. Please know that to volunteer you are required to be in Berlin from September 16th 8:00 AM until September 18th 9:00 PM. Do not apply if this conflicts with your schedule.
As the conference takes place over 3 days, and each day has different requirements, we’ve created 5 different modules that you can choose from. You’ll be able to select 1st and 2nd preference, and we’ll make arrangements balancing your availability and our requirements.
